Edward E. Rotan Jr., M.D.

A southern California native, Edward E. Rotan Jr., M.D. was born and raised in the city of Loma Linda, CA. After receiving his B.A. in Religious Studies, graduating cum laude from La Sierra University in Riverside, CA, Dr. Rotan returned to his hometown to pursue his medical degree at Loma Linda University. 

Following his education, Dr. Rotan performed two surgery based internships at both the Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, OH and the Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ.  He then performed his medical residency at the University of California Irvine School of Medicine.

Often referred to as Dr. Chip, he is a long time advocate and supporter of preventative health care. Dr. Rotan prefers preventative methods for his patients using both lifestyle changes and/or medication for health related issues.   

In his free time, Dr. Rotan enjoys spending time with his wife, Ann Marie, and his two children Michael and Belle.  He is an avid scuba diver and enjoys all water sports.
