Jerry M. Hahn, M.D.

A native of West Virginia, Jerry M. Hahn, MD received his Medical Doctorate from Marshall University School of Medicine located in Huntington, WV. Following graduation, he remained at Marshall University where he completed a Family Practice residency. He then completed a Dermatology residency at West Virginia University where he had the opportunity to train under Dr. William Welton, Chairman of Dermatology at West Virginia University. 

Dr. Hahn’s 20 years of dermatology experience make him an excellent mentor. He is an adjunct professor at the two medical schools in the state and in the surrounding states of Virginia and Maryland. Dr. Hahn is also the Medical Director for the local health department of Hampshire County. He still performs home visits and offers free skin cancer clinics on a regular basis.

The passion Dr. Hahn has for interactive patient care is clear on each and every patient visit. His goal is to establish a professional and personal relationship-he wants his patients to see him as their medical provider, but also as someone they can stop and talk to in the supermarket. It is with this mindset that Dr. Hahn runs a successful dermatology practice: Put patients first and healthy skin will follow.

While Dr. Hahn diagnoses and treats all dermatologic conditions, he finds cosmetic dermatology to be an art form. The use of lasers, fillers, Botox and other specialized procedures can dramatically reverse the signs of aging. Whether he removes a mole or smoothes fine lines and wrinkles, Dr. Hahn wants his patients to be happy.

Dr. Hahn is a member of several medical societies including the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the West Virginia State Medical Association.

When he is not in the office, classroom or at local skin screenings, Dr. Hahn enjoys hunting, fishing, playing basketball and attending both college and professional sporting events.
