Angela Adams, P.A.-CAfter spending almost 10 years in the Emergency Room as an Emergency Medical Technician, Angela decided to become a physician assistant. She was amazed at the ER physician assistants' abilities to build knowledge with the hands on care they were able to provide to treat a wide range of medical problems. Each patient needed personalized medical care and they were able to offer it. Angela began her formal educational at Riverside Community College where she received her Associate of Science and Associate of Arts degrees. When she realized she wanted to become a physician assistant, she went back to Riverside Community College and earned her Associate of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She became interested in the field of dermatology while performing a Dermatology clinical rotation at the Riverside County Regional Medical Center. Angela is fascinated by all aspects of dermatology and enjoys the daily patient interaction. Angela believes, "You only have one skin to live in, how can you improve it?" This philosophy helps her to encourage patients to maintain their own skin in and out of the office. Other than being a physician assistant, Angela enjoys spending time with her new husband, going to the beach, watching Angels Baseball, traveling, Emergency Medicine and camping.
